Day 1: Welcome to Kenya.

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta international airport, your driver/guide will be waiting to pick you up from your flight.

You will spend your first night in Karen Country Resort, located outside of the busy town center of Nairobi. It is close to several tourist attractions like Nairobi National Park, Giraffe Centre, Elephant Orphanage, Karen Blixen Museum and the Bomas of Kenya. Depending on your time of arrival you can visit these sites at your own cost.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru National park.

After an early breakfast, you head to the first national park of your trip! Lake Nakuru national park. On your way, you will have a stopover at Thomson Falls and the Rift valley viewpoint from where you can take beautiful landscape pictures.

On the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, lies the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. You will enjoy the ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for game drives, bird watching, and hiking.

You will do a game drive in the park on arrival. The luxury Sarova Lion Hill game lodge your accommodation for the night.

Day 3: To the Masai Mara.

After an early breakfast, you will head to the world-famous Masai Mara game reserve on the border with Tanzania. An excellent year-round animal concentration and known for its typical short savanna plains. Home to the great migration in the months July – October when two million Wildebeest make their way northwards from the Serengeti in Tanzania.

On arrival at the gate, you will have a long en-route game drive towards the tented camp where you will spend the coming two nights. After a nice lunch, you will continue with an afternoon game drive to spot lions, buffaloes, antelopes and hippos and crocodiles in the Mara River.

The coming three nights you will sleep at Mara Ngenche Safari camp. Mara Ngenche Safari Camp is unfenced and is designed to allow the exciting movement of animals through the grounds offering an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere for experiencing the full adventure of the African bush. In addition, each tent has its own private plunge pool.

Day 4: To Lake Naivasha, Boat safari.

An en-route game drive will take you to the gate of Masai Mara. You will arrive at Lake Naivasha for a late lunch.

Lake Naivasha is home to a wide variety of wildlife including a sizeable population of hippos which usually invade our property during their nightly forays for food. Being a freshwater lake, it also has a healthy fish population to include Black bass, Tilapia, and Crayfish which attract a variety of fish-eating birds such as Long-tailed and Great Cormorants, along with Fish Eagles, Pelicans, and various types of Kingfishers. In the afternoon you will do a boat safari on the lake to see the birds and hippos.

Tonight you will spend the night at Enashipai Resort & Spa. Offering views of Lake Naivasha, Enashipai Resort & Spa is situated in Naivasha. It features an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi access.

Day 5A: Bye bye Kenya/ welcome Uganda

Early morning our driver guide will pick you from your place of accommodation and drive you to airport to catch your flight to Uganda which takes about 45mins-1hr.

Day 5: Welcome to Uganda/ Kibale National Park excurson.

You will meet representative and drive you from Entebbe airport via Kampala the capital city of Uganda to the western part of Uganda in Kabarole Distric to discover the most amazing wildlife in Kibale National Park which is about 3-4hr drive. We will have lunch at our reserve hotel before tracking the chimps at a closer distance.

Dinner and overnight at our reserved place of accommodation.

Day 6: Kibale Forest National Park

Get prepared for the amazing wild animal and birds at kanyanchu bird spot, visiting the stunning view of the tea plantations plus the nature walks in Kihingami wetlands.

Day 7: Habituated Chimps trekking.

Today we are going to visit habituated chimps whereby we will be allowed to stay with them for about 2hrs before visiting Mpanga tea factory to learn about tea processing, visit Toro kingdom palace and interact with the Batooro community before heading to Queen Elizabeth National Park in Kasese, we will stop over at the equator for pictures and proceed to the national park where will have our dinner and overnight at our reserved place of accommodation.

Day 8: Game-drive and boat-cruise on Kazinga channel

Very early morning we will drive to Kasenyi which is part of Queen Elizabeth National Park for animal viewing. And these animals include Buffalos, kobs, elephants, lions, zebras, warthogs and birds. And after lunch we will go boat cruise on kazinga channel to kantungulu and view hippos and crocodiles plus birds on shores.

Day 9: Drive to the Rwenzori region.

Early morning your driver guide will drive you the western part of Uganda in the mountains of Rwenzori which is about 63km. We will do Nature walk and little hiking. After lunch we will visit the beautiful botany of the Rwenzori mountains

Today you I’ll be able to enjoy the beauty of the mountains of the moon in ts full glory. Enjoy a guided nature walk at the foothills and learn about the local culture firsthand. Enjoy the scenic views, have a glimpse of the village life and visit a traditional witchdoctor at his home. We I’ll make a stop at the Amabere Caves. Discover the small hidden waterfall as we enter the cave and admire the stalagmites, stalactites and pillars. Adventurous hikers can even hike over the Rwenzori mountains to Bundibugyo but this requests a good physical condition. Aculture evening is awaiting you after this Impressive day with traditional dances and songs. Dinner and overnight at Mountains of the Moon hotel.


We I’ll leave fort portal and head to kibale forest. Stop at the charming village Bigodi for a traditional meal at a local house. In the afternoon enjoy the Bigodi swamp walk. This is an initiative of the local community and supports the local community projects. The swamp is often referred to as the “Home of the Great – Blue – Turacos” and is known for ts rich diversity of birds and primates.  In the evening turn to your accommodation

You can either choose a home stay at a local family or spend the night in the comforts of the African jungle at Primate Lodge Kibale.


The forest opens ts doors for a sensational chimp tracking. Kibale forest is reputable of having the greatest variety and concentration of primates in East Africa. Enjoy a guided walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild chimpanzees, red tailed monkeys and many others. After a hearty picnic lunch we transfer to Bigodi swamp for another totally different walk. Dinner and overnight at Primate lodge Kibale. 


In the morning we say goodbye to one of the most beautiful regions in Uganda. We start our journey back to kampala. With packed lunch. After arrival at your accommodation in the capital city, spend the afternoon relaxing and reflecting your unforgettable experiences.


We I’ll transfer you to the airport for your flight back home. We are looking forward to seeing you again!
