Chimp Visit at Ngamba Island
Our driver/guide will pick you from our designated meeting point in Kampala or Entebbe and drive to Entebbe town about 23 miles (37 km) from Kampala the capital city of Uganda. And later board off in a boat to Ngamba
You’ll meet your boat on the shores of Lake Victoria in Entebbe to take you out to Ngamba Island before a briefing on the Chimpanzee conservation efforts in Uganda. You’ll then be taken to the viewing platform to see the chimpanzee’s feeding. Watch the rehabilitated chimps feed, groom, and socialize. In the mid-afternoon, you’ll cross back over Lake Victoria to Entebbe.
When taking this trip you also support Chimp Trust, which is working to protect the forest habitat of the chimpanzees and caring for those unable to return to the wild.
