Day 1: Arrival in Uganda!

Our driver guide will pick you up from Entebbe International Airport and drive you to your reserved place of accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, you may tour some interesting places around Entebbe and Kampala. We can reserve you a place of accommodation varying from budget to luxury depending on your accommodation budget.


Day 2: Source of the Nile Experience in Jinja

Our driver guide will pick you from your place of accommodation after your breakfast and take you all the way to the second largest colonial manufacturing center Jinja where we find the source of the Nile fetching its waters from the mighty Lake Victoria to the Mediterranean Sea. Besides nature and historical sites, there are also plenty of fun activities such as bungee jumping, water rafting, quad biking, horseback riding and many more. Lunch and dinner will be provided at your place of accommodation.


Day 3: Sipi falls excursion.

After breakfast, our driver guide will drive you to far eastern Uganda in Mbale town along the foothills of Mout Elgon for Sipi falls expedition which sit at an altitude of 1800 m overhead the ground. Sipi falls streams from the foothills of Mount Elgon creating the most amazing views of waterfalls about 100 meters high. The Sipi falls are surrounded by walkable trails to the villages where you will access lavish green coffee producing hills. You will stay night beautiful places ranging from budget to luxury depending on your accommodation budget.


Day 4: Hiking from Sipi falls to Moroto.

Get yourself prepared for the beautiful sceneries, you will start the hiking after breakfast and the hiking will take about 3 hours through the region. The local guides will give you company as well as explaining the history of their culture and fauna and flora. No matter the way you take still you will the best of Sipi falls, caves, plantations, and beautiful sceneries. The locals are so welcoming with pleasing smiles and greeting with Jambo. And proceed your journey to Toronto the heart of Karamoja region where you stay for a night.


Day 5: Visit the Karamojong tradition and culture as well as a few hikes.

Early morning after breakfast, you will set off for nature walk passing through the stunning valleys of Mount Moroto which is Karamoja's tallest mountain, and during the nature walk activity, you will have a short time camping stopover at the traditional town of So Tepeth mountain community and later continue your journey to Moroto town. Karamojong is one tribe in Uganda that shares the same similarities like the Massais of Kenya. They share the same dressing code but the only difference is Karamojong are kinda violent and most of them were armed due to inter-tribal conflicts but the Uganda Government has tried disarming them and it is now said to be free to tour around because most of the community has been disarmed.


Day 6: Bye to Uganda.

Early morning after breakfast we will be packing our bags, and our driver guide will drive you to back to Kampala, along the way you will opt to make a few stopovers shopping in the nearby markets or you can do shopping in Kampala or Entebbe town. There are plenty of gift shops in Entebbe selling crafts made in Uganda and some other countries like Kenya. You as well choose to relax in some relation places and grab a drink or even a bite before heading off to the airport for your flight, and the driver guide will drop you off at the airport an hour earlier before your flight Kenya.


Day 7: Welcome to Kenya!

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta international airport, your driver/guide will be waiting to pick you up from your flight. You will spend your first night in Karen Country Resort, located outside of the busy town center of Nairobi. It is close to several tourist attractions like Nairobi National Park, Giraffe Centre, Elephant Orphanage, Karen Blixen Museum and the Bomas of Kenya. Day 8: Lake Nakuru National park.

After an early breakfast, you head to the first national park of your trip! Lake Nakuru national park. On your way, you will have a stopover at Thomson Falls and the Rift valley viewpoint from where you can take beautiful landscape pictures. On the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, lies the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. You will enjoy the ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for game drives, bird watching, and hiking. You will do a game drive in the park on arrival. Day 9: To the Masai Mara.

After an early breakfast, you will head to the world-famous Masai Mara game reserve on the border with Tanzania. An excellent year-round animal concentration and known for its typical short savanna plains. Home to the great migration in the months of July – October when two million Wildebeest make their way northwards from the Serengeti in Tanzania. On arrival at the gate, you will have a long en-route game drive towards the tented camp where you will spend the coming two nights. After a nice lunch, you will continue with an afternoon game drive to spot lions, buffaloes, antelopes and hippos and crocodiles in the Mara River. The coming three nights you will sleep at Mara Ngenche Safari camp. Mara Ngenche Safari Camp is unfenced and is designed to allow the exciting movement of animals through the grounds offering an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere for experiencing the full adventure of the African bush. Day 10: To Lake Naivasha, Boat safari.

An en-route game drive will take you to the gate of Masai Mara. You will arrive at Lake Naivasha for a late lunch. Lake Naivasha is home to a wide variety of wildlife including a sizeable population of hippos which usually invade our property during their nightly forays for food. Being a freshwater lake, it also has a healthy fish population to include Black bass, Tilapia, and Crayfish which attract a variety of fish-eating birds such as Long-tailed and Great Cormorants, along with Fish Eagles, Pelicans, and various types of Kingfishers. In the afternoon you will do a boat safari on the lake to see the birds and hippos. Tonight you will spend the night at Enashipai Resort & Spa. Offering views of Lake Naivasha, Enashipai Resort & Spa is situated in Naivasha. It features an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi access. Day 11: Bye Kenya and Welcome to Tanzania!

In the early morning, our driver guide will pick you from your place of accommodation after your breakfast and drop you off at Kenyatta international airport for your flight to Tanzania.


(B) Welcome to Tanzania.

you will do a game drive on your way out of Amboseli N.P. Then it is time to say goodbye to Kenya and go to Tanzania! On the other side of Namanga border your Tanzanian guide will be waiting to transfer you to Ilboru Safari Lodge; a pleasant lodge with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Harmoniously woven into the surrounding African landscape, Ilboru Safari Lodge rests at the base of the majestic Mt. Meru. Depending on your time of arrival you can do an optional activity organized by the lodge.


Day 12A: Lake Manyara N.P.

Today, after an early breakfast, you will be traveling to the first national park of this trip: Lake Manyara National Park. On arrival, you will stretch your legs during a 2 to 3-hour village walk in cozy ‘Mto Wa Mbu’. Here you will meet the local community, taste homemade banana beer, learn about the Makonde woodcarvings and listen to your guide who will tell you everything about the way of living in this village. After the village walk, you will have a local lunch. Together with the highly respected Miss Bibi, you prepare a delicious Swahili meal. In the afternoon you enter Lake Manyara, National Park. This is a small but very beautiful park offering breathtaking views, excellent game viewing and an incredible array of birdlife. You have a chance to spot zebra, baboon, warthog, giraffe, impala, elephant, hippo, wildebeest and the rare tree climbing lion. Your accommodation for tonight is Manyara Wildlife Safari Camp. Take a refreshing dip in the inviting outdoor pool and enjoy the fantastic sunset with a cold drink on the veranda!


Day 12B: Tarangire National Park

Today, after an early breakfast, you will be traveling to the first national park of this trip; Tarangire National Park. The game drive can begin! Tarangire is best known for its many gigantic baobab trees and its large herds of elephants; it is a home to approximately 2,500 individuals and large herds are regularly viewed. You can also spot many different animals like leopard, zebra, impala, warthog, eland, buffalo, waterbuck and lion. Also, the birders will have so much to see; more than 500 different bird-species are present. This park hosts the biggest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti. It is also the only place in Tanzania where the oryx and gerenuk are regularly spotted. Your driver/guide will have a lunch-box for you so you can picnic at a beautiful spot in the park after which your safari continues. At the end of the safari, you head for Sangaiwe Tented Lodge where you will spend the night.


Day 13: The Serengeti

After breakfast, you depart for the most famous safari park in the world: Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti hosts the most extensive population of wild animals on earth and has a complex and untouched ecosystem. Serengeti means "endless plains" in the language of the Maasai, a description that the Serengeti completely lives up to. These endless plains have to be experienced to be fully appreciated! You visit the heart of the Serengeti, Seronera Valley. This valley might be termed as the ‘classic’ Serengeti; short grass plains with all different kind of wild animals ranging from the impressive lion to the naughty mongoose. From the park entrance, you game drive towards your accommodation for tonight. After the incredible impressions of the Serengeti, you'll have your overnight at Tortilis Camp where each safari-tent has an en-suite bathroom, modern furnishings, and a private verandah. Tonight you can share your Serengeti experiences around the campfire!


Day 14: Game drives in Serengeti National Park

Early in the morning, you leave the camp for a full day safari! Most of the national park is open and grassy. Ultimately, the success of any safari lies in the number and quality of encounters with big cats. There are thousands of lions in the Serengeti and you have a fair chance to see cheetahs, although they are difficult to spot. And when it comes to leopards, the Serengeti rarely disappoints! We will find you a nice picnic spot to enjoy your packed lunch and then you slowly continue your safari back to Tortilis Camp. Keep your eyes open since you still have chances to see all kinds of animals roaming the plains, hidden behind bushes or resting in a tree. You never know when and where exactly you will spot wildlife. Back at the lodge, you will have an excellent dinner and some time to relax.


Day 15: Game drives in Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater.

Today you enjoy a long game drive on your way out of the beautiful Serengeti and continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. In the afternoon, you will have a game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater! As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the crater offers a unique biosphere which has remained virtually unchanged since the dawn of time. There are very few places in the world where you can find such a large population of wildlife throughout the year. Deep within the crater, enclosed by towering walls, you have a good chance of spotting ‘The Big 5’: Lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. For the latter two, you need a bit of luck as they tend to shy away. Approximately 30 000 animals live on the crater floor! After this great experience, we will drive you back to your place of accommodation get ready for your fight back home.
